Since 1998, Glazeri BT has been providing full-cycle glass processing and manufacturing in Latvia for professional clients across Latvia and Europe.
Under one roof, glass moves through every essential production stage – from cutting, edge processing, drilling and milling to tempering, lamination, digital printing, painting and insulated glass unit production. This gives us precise control over quality at every step.
We work with façade and window manufacturers, construction companies, furniture producers, architects and other industry professionals. From standard glass to technically demanding solutions, our role is to prepare glass for the exact requirements of each project.

SIA Glazeri BT controls the entire glass processing cycle within a single facility – from raw material to finished product. Every stage runs on our own equipment rather than being outsourced, which ensures consistent quality and allows us to take on technically demanding orders.
Our production capabilities:
- Glass cutting and edge processing. CNC equipment for cutting float, laminated and fire-resistant glass, edge treatment, drilling, milling, engraving and faceting.
- UniGlass tempering line. The only convection tempering line of its kind in Latvia, commissioned with support from the Latvian Investment and Development Agency and the ERDF. Tempers any type of float glass, including glass with soft or hard low-emissivity coatings.
- KeraGlass painting line. The only glass painting line in Latvia, offering two industrial methods within one facility – silk-screen printing and roller coating, using organic or ceramic paint.
- Digital printing equipment. The only equipment of its kind in Latvia, at 800 dpi – the highest resolution in the Baltic states. Printing uses ceramic ink, which fuses permanently into the glass surface after tempering.
- EVA lamination line (EPO). New-generation equipment for producing multi-layer (triplex) glass under vacuum and high temperature (up to 140°C).
- Insulated glazing unit production, plus design, manufacturing and installation of glazed constructions.
Product quality begins with the raw material, which is why we apply strict selection criteria to the glass used in our production. We work with large, internationally recognised European and global glass manufacturers, ensuring stable, traceable material quality regardless of order size.
This is reinforced by our own in-house production control and independent laboratory testing of finished products, confirming compliance with applicable technical standards.
The result is consistent raw-material and finished-product quality across every order, from small projects to large-scale production.
SIA Glazeri BT has operated since 1998 and supplies a significant share of its production to clients outside Latvia – manufacturers of windows, façades and glass constructions, construction companies, and other glass processing businesses.
A full production cycle within a single facility ensures consistent quality control at every project stage, while documented product compliance allows international clients to evaluate us against verifiable criteria rather than claims alone.
